Boone County Commission, $7,500 to purchase moveable track shelving to enhance access to case files in the prosecuting attorney’s office.

Braxton County Commission, $12,841 to purchase open steel shelving and cubic foot boxes to enhance access to case files in the circuit clerk’s office, and to rebind, digitize, and microfilm the assessor’s copies of the land books in the county clerk’s office.

Brooke County Commission, $5,000 to repair, encapsulate, and rebind deed books in the county clerk’s office.

Cabell County Commission, $6,661 to digitize and microfilm criminal, domestic, and civil order books in the circuit clerk’s office.

Clay County Commission, $9,995 to purchase an oversize color map scanner that will enhance access to survey maps in the county clerk’s office.

Doddridge County Commission, $15,759 to purchase roller shelving for deed books and a document scanner for the county clerk’s office.

Fayette County Commission, $21,279 to digitize and microfilm civil and criminal order books in the circuit clerk’s office, and to purchase moveable track shelving that will enhance access to probate and estate records in the county clerk’s office.

Hampshire County Commission, $12,037 to digitize and microfilm deed index and will books, and to rebind and encapsulate the earliest survey books in the county clerk’s office.

Hardy County Commission, $9,069 to encapsulate and rebind the earliest adoption order and plea books in the circuit clerk’s office and the earliest survey books in the county clerk’s office, and to scan and index chancery and law case files in the circuit clerk’s office.

Harrison County Commission, $10,000 to digitize and microfilm the assessor’s copies of the land books, survey and map index books, and deed books in the county clerk’s office.

Jackson County Commission, $21,473 to purchase moveable track shelving that will enhance access to case files in the circuit clerk’s office.

Kanawha County Commission, $9,091 to purchase document scanners for case file management in the circuit clerk’s office.

Lewis County Commission, $10,000 to purchase roller shelving, and to scan and index deed books in the county clerk’s office.

Marion County Commission, $6,040 to digitize, index, and microfilm land books in the county clerk’s office, and to scan and index civil order books in the circuit clerk’s office.

Mason County Commission, $4,741 to purchase a public access computer, and digitize, microfilm, and rebind map books in the county clerk’s office.

McDowell County Commission, $5,000 to digitize and microfilm criminal order books in the circuit clerk’s office.

Mercer County Commission, $12,748 to encapsulate and rebind deed and bond books, and purchase a universal microfilm carrier for the county clerk’s office, and moveable track shelving to enhance access to case files in the circuit clerk’s office.

Mineral County Commission, $18,922 to purchase scanners for the county and circuit clerk’s offices, and digitize and microfilm chancery, law, adoption, and criminal order books, and purchase a public access computer for the circuit clerk’s office.

Mingo County Commission, $5,000 to digitize and microfilm adoption, chancery, law, and criminal order books in the circuit clerk’s office.

Monroe County Commission, $6,875 to purchase a scanner for the circuit clerk’s office, and rebind and encapsulate the earliest deed books in the county clerk’s office.

Morgan County Commission, $9,986 to restore and rebind the earliest chancery and law order books in the circuit clerk’s office, and purchase roller shelving that will enhance access to the land books in the assessor’s office.

Nicholas County Commission, $15,000 to purchase moveable track shelving that will enhance access to case files in the circuit clerk’s office.

Ohio County Commission, $3,081 to purchase a shredder to dispose of confidential records that have exceeded their required retention period in the circuit clerk’s office.
