Sixteen high school choirs from across the state will participate in the First Lady’s Festival of Songs in the Culture Center Theater at the State Capitol Complex in Charleston on Saturday, November 10. Each of the choirs will have 15-minute performances during the daylong event.
“We are delighted to welcome these talented young performers to the State Capitol to showcase their music,” said First Lady Joanne Jaeger Tomblin. “This is a season that is celebrated with music and we are looking forward to hearing so many outstanding performers from across the Mountain State.”
