CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia Division of Culture and History will continue its commemorative token series of sesquicentennial programs beginning this Saturday, Feb. 9, and progressing throughout the year. Visitors will earn a coin emblazoned with a symbol relating to West Virginia for each month they participate. The programs will be in the Culture Center, State Capitol Complex, Charleston.
