Historical, museum, preservation, and like organizations from around the state, representing more than two dozen counties, are registered to have displays at the capitol between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. In addition, 48 individuals will be recognized as History Heroes during a ceremony in the State Theater at the Culture Center at 9:30 a.m.
