Humphrey Here For Two Talks

He will speak at a dinner meeting of the Huntington Forum at the Hotel Frederick at 6:30 p. m., and at 8 p. m. will speak during a reception in the ballroom of the hotel, sponsored by the Cabell County Democratic organization.
