Bob Kennedy To Appear April 26 In Grantsville

Plans have been completed for the public appearance here of Robert Kennedy chief counsel for the McClelland rackets committee and brother of Democratic Presidential Candidate Senator John Kennedy.

The speaking engagement had been originally planned to be at a dinner but has been changed to a public gathering at the court house building Tuesday evening April 26 at 7 p.m.

Local Kennedy supporters stated the change in plans had been effected in order to handle a much larger crowd than was originally anticipated.

Several state candidates have expressed their desire to be present and it is expected that the affair will offer opportunities for Calhoun County Democratic primary voters to meet and talk with their party candidates

The Calhoun County Democratic Kennedy group sponsors of the event have announced that refreshments will be served free of charge.

Master of ceremonies will be Victor Hamilton Grantsville attorney. Mrs. Evelyn Campbell, also of Grantsville, will be in charge of refreshments.
