At a meeting held in Ritchie Township, pursuant to notice, at the school house, on the 28th day of December, 1863, the following gentlemen were nominated for the various offices:

Supervisor Augustus Handlan.
Inspectors Robert Bickerton and John R. Johnson.
Justices James L. Hays and George Birch, sen.
Clerk James H. Cooke.
Constables John W. Schultz and Jos. White.
Treasurer Michael Roth.
Overseers of the Poor Aug. Weidebusch and Louis Stubenrauche.
Committee to obtain Tickets John W. Schultz, J. H. Cooke and Jas. L. Hay.
Delegates to County Convention John W. Schultz, Geo. Birch, sen., and Stephen Waterhouse.
