Still They Come. Eleven rebel prisoners of war and eight rebel citizens arrived yesterday from Beverly, and were committed to the Atheneum. The latter were lately captured by Lieut. Col. Hall, of the 10th West Virginia Infantry, in a recent expedition to Crab Bottom. The former have lately been arrested in Webster and Upshur counties by Col. Harris, of the 10th. Among the citizens is one Peter Duffie, a notorious smuggler of liquors, who has been arrested several times and imprisoned for selling liquor to soldiers on the principal lines of communication.
