On the 2nd ___
There came into Troy, 14 Bushwhackers and Robed one store of all in the dry goods line took 14 head of horses from the citizens around Troy and made off with them word was given to the Scouts and a portion pursuid them overtaking the Rebs 15 miles above Glenville fired upon them and retook about $150.00 worth of the stolen goods also suposing that Two were wounded and then returned.
