Upcoming exhibits at Grave Creek Archaeological Complex:
The Grave Creek Mound Archaeological Complex is pleased to host this exhibit featuring paintings by Hilda Steen, an artist who lives in Tyler County, WV. Ms. Steen works in oil, acrylics, and pastels, painting “whatever tickles my fancy”. Some of her paintings are inspired by her extensive travels throughout the United States, but she also paints many other subjects. Artwork featured in this exhibit will be available for purchase.
Join the museum in an opening reception celebrating this West Virginia artist on Sunday, May 4, 2008, 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
