This Civil War Regimental Flag was recently conserved and mounted in the case seen above. The flag was carried during the Civil War by the 13th Regiment of the West Virginia Infantry. This flag is one representation of several that were recently conserved and mounted for the upcoming West Virginia Civil War Flag Exhibit planned at West Virginia Independence Hall.
